Born on January 7, 1973, in Rustenburg, South Africa, TerBlanche gained fame for her portrayal of Gillian, a Hungarian princess, on ‘All My Children’ from 1997 to 2001. Her character’s relationship with Ryan Lavery, played by Cameron Mathison, was particularly popular among viewers. TerBlanche briefly reprised her role as Gillian’s ghost in 2011 for the show’s finale.
