Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Give Rare Glimpse into Their Lives as Fans Continue to Wonder: What Have They Been Up to All This Time?
Recently, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen gave a rare glimpse into their lives in an interview, thus putting to rest the long curiosity of fans as to what the two sisters could be up to.
The Olsen twins first stole America’s heart as kids when they shared the role in the television hit Full House, appearing in 193 episodes from 1987 to 1995. Their careers expanded to several spin-offs, movies, and a very popular line of dolls. Nowadays, at 38 years young, they have mostly retreated from the Hollywood limelight and have given way to their little sister Elizabeth Olsen as the most famous sister for, among other things, playing Wanda Maximoff of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The reason for their absence from the headlines has caused speculation amongst fans. Many have wished to see the twins pop out again, with one writing, “Would love for Mary-Kate and Ashley to pop out again. It’s time.” Others missed them at big events such as the Met Gala-especially with Elizabeth’s recent Netflix film His Three Daughters, which left some inquisitive where the twins were.

Since 2006 when their luxury brand The Row specializing in great basics launched, they have gained a solid momentum in the fashion world. Most recently, The Row showed up for Paris Fashion Week and opened a Paris store-the sisterly duo had been “looking for years,” they told Vogue. “We wanted to be in Paris before we opened in London, but we didn’t find anything here first. Then, 18 months ago, a friend told us about this place.”
Speaking of their personal lives, the siblings are as tight-lipped as ever. Mary-Kate split from Olivier Sarkozy in 2021 and is rumored to be dating art dealer PC Valmorbida. Ashley hooked up with artist Louis Eisner in 2022; the couple has a baby, born this August.
