Riley Keough Shares Touching Throwback Photo for Priscilla Presley’s 80th Birthday

Actress Riley Keough, who is Priscilla Presley’s granddaughter, posted a loving birthday message for her grandmother on social media. Priscilla, who was once married to music legend Elvis Presley, turned 80 years old on Saturday, May 24.

To celebrate, Riley posted a black-and-white photo from the 1960s showing a young Priscilla sitting in a car, wearing a pretty headband. Alongside the picture, Riley simply wrote, “HBD queen” on her Instagram Stories.

Earlier this month, Priscilla’s son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia also paid tribute to her on Mother’s Day.He celebrated Mother’s Day on Instagram May 11, writing, ‘Happy Mother’s Day to my entire world. I love you, Mama.

This special birthday comes just before the release of Priscilla’s new memoir, Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis, which comes out on September 23. In the book, co-written with Mary Jane Ross, Priscilla opens up about life after Elvis, raising their daughter Lisa Marie Presley, and later becoming a mother again to Navarone.

“This book shares the story of my life over the past eight decades,” Priscilla said in a statement.“Writing it helped me reflect deeply on myself and the people I love.” She added that even though she has always loved Elvis, living over 40 years without him has shown her just how special he truly was.

Last year, Garcia celebrated his mom’s 79th birthday with a photo collage on Instagram. The pictures showed Priscilla enjoying a family dinner in Beverly Hills with Riley, Garcia, and Lisa Marie’s twin daughters, Harper and Finley.

In that post, Garcia wrote, “Happy, Happy, HAAAAPIEST of birthdays to the best mama in the whole world @priscillapresley. Hope you enjoyed your night last night. I love you so so much.”
