I first saw the abandoned house a year ago while searching for another one. Initially, I was not very impressed with it, but since it was abandoned, I was still interested. When I checked again recently, I was lucky to find a way in. The house was sold for $3.6 million in 2015 and is now worth $5 million in today’s market.

I first saw this house a while ago, and it looked abandoned. But now, the yard is completely covered in overgrown grass and weeds. The driveway is also full of weeds. In the back, I saw where a pool used to be, but now it’s filled in. Strangely, they left the patio around the pool, but I’m not the one to decide.

Walking through the main entrance, you’ll find yourself in a small space with two doors. These doors lead to a big living room with windows that reach almost from the floor to the ceiling and a fireplace made of marble. The moment I walked in, I noticed that the ceiling near the window was damaged and insulation was falling onto the floor. The smell of decay was surprisingly strong.

The kitchen was located to the left of the living room. It was a beautiful kitchen with plenty of natural light from a big skylight. The kitchen had a big island with a built-in cooktop, marble countertops, and storage space in the custom cabinets. Next to the kitchen was a laundry room with extra storage. At the back of the kitchen was a small dining area that could also be used as a bar.

In the back of the kitchen was a nice sunroom with an octagon shape and big windows. This room looked like a media room because of the special entertainment centre. It would have been a great place to relax and stay warm with the gas fireplace.

Before entering the kitchen from the front door, there was a dining room with a built-in glass shelf for storing your favorite alcohol after-dinner drinks. To the right of the main entrance was a short hallway that led to a staircase and a child’s bedroom. Before climbing the stairs, I went down another hallway that led to a large main-floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. This bathroom was big for the main floor, but it also had to fit another bedroom at the end of the hallway for a little girl. The boy’s room had its bathroom, while the girl’s room had a walkout to the backyard, making it the better of the two bedrooms, in my opinion.

After exploring the main floor, I went upstairs to see what was there. I discovered that the upper level was just a big master bedroom. When I reached the top of the stairs, I saw a closet with shoe racks and a simple but large main bedroom. There was a hallway with built-in cabinets for clothes storage on the way to the master bathroom. The bathroom was very impressive with its many mirrors and bright red walls. But, there was a problem – the skylight above the Jacuzzi tub was leaking, and the ceiling was falling apart, causing paint and other pieces to fall.

After finishing the top two levels, I decided to check out the basement. As I went down, I noticed a musty smell and some damage from the water. The basement had a few rooms but nothing really exciting. But, there was one room that was a complete mystery to me. I couldn’t take any photos because of limited space, but you can see it in my video. So make sure to watch it! Thanks for joining me on this amazing journey!
