Under their care, Twinkle’s skeletal frame and deteriorating teeth received the attention and affection she desperately needed.

According to Lisa Letson, president and founder of True and Faithful Pet Rescue Mission, Twinkle spent a few weeks recuperating from surgery at the veterinarian’s office, where she began to regain her lost weight. Letson expressed, “She transformed into an absolute darling! At the start of September, she found a wonderful family who seemed amazing and was joyfully adopted by them.”
