The teachers and students of Gary Allan High School in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, are consistently amazed by the annual migration of a mother mallard duck and her ducklings across the school. This family of birds has been traveling through the school’s interior for more than ten years, inspiring astonishment and wonder in everyone who sees them.

The mother duck takes the initiative and leads the way as she and her ducklings make their way through the corridors. As the ducks approach the other end of the building, the faculty and students assemble around the windows to watch in anticipation.
