Today’s edition of our article is all about the biggest competitor of the #Book face Challenge, Librairie Mollat. It’s a bookshop in the southwestern part of France, Bordeaux.
The book stores staff collaborates and post dozens of #Book face entries to the challenge every year. The unbearably accurate, carefully staged photos are almost hard to be separated from the natural person and the book. The aspiration and the dedication of the bookstores staff brought the shop a pretty big reputation in the area. During the very first years of the challenge, Librairie Mollat only had around 21k social media followers. But after getting recognized by the challenge, the book shop is only a mere couple of thousands away from hitting 100K.
People believe the challenges origin is the photo meme of the Wales D.J-er Carl Morris, the Sleeve face. The only difference is that it uses vinyl covers instead of books. Just imagine, there are about 200 million published books globally, and more books come out annually. There won’t be any shortage of books to finish this challenge. It ll have a long life and be a trend for years and years ahead.
