Inspired by her late friend Manakova, who practiced the same craft selflessly, Agnes learned the skill of hand painting houses. She humbly acknowledges that she is merely continuing the legacy of her mentor.

Among her favorite spots to paint in the village is the village chapel, a project that takes her 10 days to complete each year in May.
